1 Kings 13:6 - Y'all Version Bible

6 The king answered the man of God, “Now intercede for the favor of YHWH your God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again.” The man of God interceded with YHWH, and the king’s hand was restored to him again, and became as it was before.

The altar was also split apart, and the ashes poured out from the altar, according to the sign which the man of God had given by the word of YHWH.


I sought your favor with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.


Now please forgive my sin again, and pray to YHWH y’all’s God, that ʜᴇ would just take this death away from me.”


Y’all are to take your* flocks and herds, as y’all have said and go. But y’all must also bless me!”


Pharaoh said, “I will let y’all go offer sacrifice to YHWH y’all’s God in the wilderness, but y’all are not to go very far away. Y’all pray for me.”

Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron, and said, “Y’all must pray to YHWH to take away the frogs from me and from my people. Then I will let the people go so that they may sacrifice to YHWH.”


Y’all must pray to YHWH, for there has been enough of God’s thunder and hail. I will let y’all go, and y’all will stay no longer.”


Zedekiah the king sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah, the priest, to the prophet Jeremiah, saying, “Pray now to YHWH our God for us.”

The people came to Moses, and said, “We have sinned, because we have spoken against YHWH and against you. Pray to YHWH, that ʜᴇ take away the serpents from us.” Moses prayed for the people.


But I tell y’all, love your* enemies, bless those who curse y’all, do good to those who hate y’all, and pray for those who persecute y’all,


Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his garments among them by casting lots.


Then he fell to his knees and cried out with a loud voice, “Lord, don’t hold this sin against them!” When he had said this, he fell asleep.


Then Simon answered, “Y’all pray to the Lord for me, so that nothing y’all said will happen to me.”


Y’all are to bless those who persecute you*; bless and do not curse.


Don’t be conquered by evil, but conquer evil with good.


Look! I give to some from the synagogue of Satan, those who say they are Jews they are not, but are lying—Look! I will make them come, bow down at your feet, and know that I have loved you.


All the people said to Samuel, “You must pray for your servants to YHWH your God, so that we not die. For we have added to all our others sins this evil by asking for a king.”


As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against YHWH by ceasing to pray for y’all. I will instruct y’all in the good and the right way.
