But whosoever offend one of these little ones, which believe in me: it were better for him, that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.


Be merry with them that are merry. Weep with them that weep.


¶ We which are strong ought to bear the frailness of them which are weak, and not to stand in our own conceits.


Let no man seek his own profit: but let every man seek his neighbors wealth.


Who is sick: and I am not sick? Who is hurt in the faith: and my heart burneth not?


Let us give no man occasion of evil, that in our office be found no fault:


For all others seek their own, and not that which is Iesus Christe's.


¶ If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture which saith: Thou shalt love thine neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
