6 By the word of two or three witnesses, the one who is to die is to be put to death. No one is to be put to death by the word of one witness.

Everyone killing anyone shall be put to death as a murderer only on the testimony of more than one witness. No one is to be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.


But if he does not listen, take with you one or two more, so that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may stand.’


“Our Torah doesn’t judge a man unless it first hears from him and knows what he’s doing, does it?”


This is the third time I am coming to you. “By the testimony of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.”


A single witness shall not rise up against a person for any offense or sin that he commits. By the word of two or three witnesses is a case to be established.


Do not accept an accusation against an elder except on the evidence of two or three witnesses.


Anyone who rejected the Torah of Moses dies without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses.
