“Now his older son was in the field, and as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing.


The servant said to him, ‘Yoʋr brother has come, and yoʋr father has killed the fattened calf, because he has received him back safe and sound.’


When he heard a crowd going by, he asked what was happening.


They were all amazed and greatly perplexed, saying to one another, “What could this mean?”
