But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I shall come out like gold.


So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.


“O that my vexation were weighed, and all my calamity laid in the balances!


For then it would be heavier than the sand of the sea; therefore my words have been rash.


for the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.


Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my thoughts.


Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity, and I have trusted in the Lord without wavering.


Honest balances and scales are the Lord's; all the weights in the bag are his work.


All deeds are right in the sight of the doer, but the Lord weighs the heart.


The way of the righteous is level; O Just One, you make smooth the path of the righteous.


TEKEL, you have been weighed on the scales and found wanting;


Can I tolerate wicked scales and a bag of dishonest weights?


Then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers.’


But God's firm foundation stands, bearing this inscription: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Let everyone who calls on the name of the Lord turn away from wickedness.”


“The Lord, God of gods! The Lord, God of gods! He knows; and let Israel itself know! If it was in rebellion or in breach of faith toward the Lord, do not spare us today


Talk no more so very proudly, let not arrogance come from your mouth; for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
