⁹ The Lamb opened the fifth seal. Then I saw some souls under the altar. {\cf2\super [51]} They were the souls of those people who had been killed because they were faithful to God’s message {\cf2\super [52]} and to the truth they had received.

Another angel came and stood at the altar. {\cf2\super [61]} This angel had a golden holder for incense. {\cf2\super [62]} The angel was given much incense to offer with the prayers of all God’s holy people. {\cf2\super [63]} The angel put this offering on the golden altar before the throne.

Revelation 9:13

The sixth angel blew his trumpet. Then I heard a voice coming from the four horns on the golden altar {\cf2\super [70]} that is before God.
