Then I shook out the folds of my clothes. I said, “God will do the same thing to every person that doesn’t keep his promise. God will shake them out of their houses and they will lose everything they worked for! That person will lose everything!”


Ezra praised the Lord, the great God. And all the people held up their hands and said, “Amen! Amen!” Then all the people bowed down and put their faces low to the ground and they worshiped the Lord.


May sin disappear from the earth.\par May wicked people be gone forever.\par


Bless the Lord God of Israel.\par God has always lived,\par and he will live forever.\par And all the people said,\par “Amen! {\cf2\super [564]} \par Praise the Lord!”\par

You might be praising God with your spirit. But a person there without understanding cannot say “Amen {\cf2\super [98]} ” to your prayer of thanks. Why? Because he does not know what you are saying.


Then one of the four living things gave seven golden bowls to the seven angels. The bowls were filled with the anger of God, who lives forever and ever.
