4,000 Levites will be gatekeepers. And 4,000 Levites will be musicians. I made special musical instruments for them. They will use those instruments to praise the Lord.”


Let those people praise God by dancing\par and playing their tambourines and harps.\par


Lord, the fountain of life flows from you!\par Your light lets us see light.\par


There is a river whose streams\par bring happiness to God’s city,\par to the holy city of God Most High.\par


Praise God in the meeting place! {\cf2\super [398]} \par Praise the Lord, people of Israel!\par


Get your water from the spring of salvation.\par Then you will be happy.\par


The man led me back to the entrance of the temple. I saw water coming out from under the east gate of the temple. (The front of the temple is on the east side.) The water flowed down from under the south end of the temple and ran south of the altar. {\cf2\super [463]}


The Word {\cf2\super [6]} (Christ) was full of grace and truth. From him we all received more and more blessings.


Jesus answered, “You don’t know about the thing God gives. And you don’t know who I am that asked you for a drink. If you knew these things, you would have asked me and I would have given you living water.”


But the person that drinks the water I give will never be thirsty again. That water I give will become like a spring of water flowing inside that person. That water will bring that person life forever.”


Everything good comes from God. And every perfect gift is from God. These good gifts come down from the Father who made all the lights in the sky (sun, moon, stars). But God never changes \{like those lights\}. He is always the same.


The One on the throne said to me: “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega, {\cf2\super [158]} the Beginning and the End. I will give free water from the spring of the water of life to any person that is thirsty.


Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life. The river was bright like crystal. The river flows from the throne of God and the Lamb.


The Spirit {\cf2\super [178]} and the bride say, “Come!” Every person that hears this should also say, “Come!” If a person is thirsty, let him come; that person can have the water of life as a free gift if he wants it.
