I wish you would just be quiet. That would be the wisest thing you could do.


“So you can’t comfort me\par with your empty words.\par Your answers don’t help at all!”\par


“I swear (promise) these things are true!\par Who can prove that I lied?\par Who can show that I am wrong?”\par


You have seen God’s power\par with your own eyes.\par So why do you say such useless things?\par


Elihu was also angry with Job’s three friends. Why? Because Job’s three friends could not answer Job’s questions. They could not prove that Job was wrong.


Your words helped people\par who were ready to fall.\par You gave strength to people\par who couldn’t stand by themselves.\par


“So now, teach me,\par and I will be quiet.\par Show me what I have done wrong.\par


Do you plan to criticize me?\par Will you speak more tiring words?\par


If a person speaks words without thinking, then those words can hurt like a sword. But a wise person is careful with the things he says. His words can heal those hurts.


A person is happy when he gives a good answer. And the right word at the right time is very good.


The tongue can speak words that bring life or death. And people who love to talk must be ready to accept what it brings.


Saying the right thing at the right time is like a golden apple in a silver setting.
