Deuteronomy 10:19
12 Tagairtí Cros

“Remember, in the past you were foreigners in the land of Egypt. So you should not cheat or hurt any person who is a foreigner in your land.

You will divide it as a property for yourselves and for the foreigners who live among you and who have had children among you. These foreigners will be residents—they will be like natural born Israelites. You will divide some land for them among the family groups of Israel.

The family group where that resident lives must give him some land.” The Lord my Master said these things!

This man is not even a Jew! Is he the only one that came back to give praise to God?”

“I’m telling you to love your enemies and do good to them. Lend to people without expecting to get anything back. If you do these things, you will have a great reward. You will be children of the Most High (God). Yes, because God is good even to the people that are full of sin and not thankful.

When we have the opportunity to do good to any person, we should do it. But we should give special attention to the people that are in the family of believers (the church).

“You must not hate an Edomite. Why? Because he is your relative. You must not hate an Egyptian. Why? Because you were a stranger in his land.

The children of the third generation born to the Edomites and Egyptians may join with the men of Israel to worship the Lord.
