So do with me: that I may build a house to the name of the Lord my God, to dedicate it to burn incense before him, and to perfume with aromatical spices, and for the continual setting forth of bread, and for the holocausts, morning and evening, and on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and the solemnities of the Lord our God for ever, which are commanded for Israel.


And the king's part was, that of his proper substance the holocaust should be offered always morning and evening, and on the sabbaths, and the new moons and the other solemnities, as it is written in the law of Moses.


And they kept the feast of tabernacles, as it is written: and offered the holocaust every day orderly according to the commandment, the duty of the day in its day.


For behold thou hast loved truth: the uncertain and hidden things of thy wisdom thou hast made manifest to me.


And Moses, entering into the midst of the cloud, went up into the mountain: and he was there forty days, and forty nights.


And the Lord, when he had ended these words in mount Sinai, gave to Moses two stone tables of testimony, written with the finger of God.


And he shall offer the sacrifice for it morning by morning, the sixth part of ephi: and the third part of a bin of oil be mingled with the fine hour: a to the Lord by ordinance continual and everlasting.


He shall offer the lamb, and the sacrifice, and the oil morning by morning: an everlasting holocaust.


These are the precepts which the Lord commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.


Command Aaron and his sons: This is the law of a holocaust. It shall be burnt upon the altar, all night until morning: the fire shall be of the same altar.


Did you offer victims and sacrifices to me in the desert for forty years, O house of Israel?


And the tenth part of an ephi of flour, which shall be tempered with the purest oil: of the measure of the fourth part of a hin.


And for a libation you shall offer of wine the fourth part of a hin for every lamb in the sanctuary of the Lord.


Yea, and if I be made a victim upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice, and congratulate with you all.
