And Athersatha said to them, that they should not eat of the holy of holies, till there arose a priest learned and perfect.


Seven days shalt thou expiate the altar and sanctify it: and it shall be most holy. Every one that shall touch it shall be holy.


They shall eat the victim both for sin and for trespass: and every vowed thing in Israel shall be theirs.


And he said to me: This is the place where the priests shall boil the sin offering, and the trespass offering: where they shall dress the sacrifice, that they may not bring it out into the outward court, and the people be sanctified.


Because they have elevated before the Lord the shoulder and the breast, and the fat that is burnt on the altar: and they belong to thee and to thy sons by a perpetual law, as the Lord hath commanded.


He shall immolate the lamb, where the victim for sin is wont to be immolated, and the holocaust, that is, in the holy place. For as that which is for sin, so also the victim for a trespass-offering pertaineth to the priest: it is holy of holies.


And whatsoever is left shall be Aaron's, and his sons' holy of holies of the offerings of the Lord.


He shall eat nevertheless of the loaves, that are offered in the sanctuary.


Praying for him and making atonement. But the part that is left he himself shall have for a gift.


The priest that offereth it, shall eat it in a holy place, in the court of the tabernacle.


Command Aaron and his sons: This is the law of a holocaust. It shall be burnt upon the altar, all night until morning: the fire shall be of the same altar.


As the sacrifice for sin is offered, so is also that for a trespass: the same shall be the law of both these sacrifices. It shall belong to the priest that offereth it.


And every sacrifice of flour that is baked in the oven, and whatsoever is dressed on the grid-iron, or in the frying-pan, shall be the priest's that offereth it:


These therefore shalt thou take of the things that are sanctified, and are offered to the Lord. Every offering, and sacrifice, and whatsoever is rendered to me for sin and for trespass, and becometh holy of holies, shall be for thee and thy sons.


And I chose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to go up to my altar, and burn incense to me, and to wear the ephod before me: and I gave to thy father's house of all the sacrifices of the children of Israel.
