And the Lord said: The cry of Sodom and Gomorrha is multiplied, and their sin is become exceedingly grievous.


I will go down and see whether they have done according to the cry that is come to me: or whether it be not so, that I may know.


He said to Noe: The end of all flesh is come before me; the earth is filled with iniquity through them; and I will destroy them with the earth.


But Noe found grace before the Lord.


And the Lord said to him: Go in thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee I have seen just before me in this generation.


And all flesh was destroyed that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beasts, and of all creeping things that creep upon the earth: and all men.


And God said: This is the sign of the covenant which I will give between me and you, and to every living soul that is with you, for perpetual generations.


He shall look upon men, and shall say: I have sinned, and indeed I have offended, and I have not received what I have deserved.


The eyes of the Lord in every place behold the good and the evil.


And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.


And spared not the original world, but preserved Noe, the eighth person, the preacher of justice, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly.
