Isn’t God as high as the heavens? And look at the highest stars #– #how lofty they are!

These are but the fringes of his ways; how faint is the word we hear of him! Who can understand his mighty thunder?

I will teach you about God’s power. I will not conceal what the Almighty has planned.

But I tell you that you are wrong in this matter, since God is greater than man.

Why do you take   him to court for not answering anything a person asks?

Look at the heavens and see; gaze at the clouds high above you.

Yes, God is exalted beyond our knowledge; the number of his years cannot be counted.

The Almighty #– #we cannot reach him – he is exalted in power! He will not violate justice and abundant righteousness,

God thunders wondrously with his voice; he does great things that we cannot comprehend.

You asked, ‘Who is this who conceals my counsel with ignorance? ’ Surely I spoke about things I did not understand, things too wondrous for me to   know.

He does great  and unsearchable things, wonders without number.

Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Who has gathered the wind in his hands? Who has bound up the waters in a cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is the name of his son – if you know?

He has made everything appropriate  in its time.  He has also put eternity in their hearts,  but no one can discover the work God has done from beginning to end.

What exists is beyond reach and very deep.  Who can discover it?

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the whole earth. He never becomes faint or weary; there is no limit to his understanding.

All things have been entrusted to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son desires   to reveal him.

Oh, the depth of the riches and the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgements and untraceable his ways!

Now God has revealed these things to us by the Spirit, since the Spirit searches everything,  even the depths of God.

For who has known the Lord’s mind, that he may instruct him?   , But we have the mind of Christ.

This grace was given to me #– #the least of all the saints #– #to proclaim to the Gentiles the incalculable riches  of Christ,
