When the messengers returned to Jacob, they said, ‘We went to your brother Esau; he is coming to meet you #– #and he has four hundred men with him.’


That day Esau started on his way back to Seir,


Then Shechem said to Dinah’s father and brothers, ‘Grant me this favour,  and I’ll give you whatever you say.


‘You have saved our lives,’ they said. ‘We have found favour with our lord and will be Pharaoh’s slaves.’


The king said to Ziba, ‘All that belongs to Mephibosheth is now yours! ’ ‘I bow before you,’ Ziba said. ‘May I find favour with you, my lord the king! ’


‘My lord,’ she said, ‘I have found favour with you, for you have comforted and encouraged your servant, although I am not like one of your female servants.’


‘May your servant find favour with you,’  she replied. Then Hannah went on her way; she ate and no longer looked despondent.  ,


Ask your young men, and they will tell you. So let my young men find favour with you, for we have come on a feast  day.  Please give whatever you have on hand to your servants and to your son David.” ’
