Deuteronomy 10:19
12 Tagairtí Cros

‘You must not exploit a resident foreigner  or oppress him, since you were resident foreigners in the land of Egypt.

You will allot it as an inheritance for yourselves and for the foreigners residing among you,  who have fathered children among you. You will treat them  like native-born Israelites; along with you, they will be allotted an inheritance among the tribes of Israel.

In whatever tribe the foreigner resides, you will assign his inheritance there.’ This is the declaration of the Lord God.

Didn’t any return to give glory to God except this foreigner? ’

But love your enemies, do what is good, and lend, expecting nothing in return. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High.   For he is gracious to the ungrateful and evil.

Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us work  for the good  of all, especially for those who belong to the household  of faith.

Do not despise an Edomite, because he is your brother. Do not despise an Egyptian, because you were a resident foreigner in his land.

The children born to them in the third generation may enter the Lord’s assembly.
