Listen, YHWH, to my righteous plea. Open your ears to my prayer, it does not proceed from deceitful lips.


Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, YHWH, my rock, and my redeemer.


Hear my prayer, God. Listen to the words of my mouth.


Hear my voice, God, in my complaint. Preserve my life from dread of the enemy.


Hear us, Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph like a flock, you who sit above the cherubim, shine out.


Hear, YHWH, and answer me, for I am poor and needy.


In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we should. But the Spirit himself intercedes for us with inexpressible groanings.
