Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence?


Surely the wrath of humanity praises you. With the remnant of your of your wrath you are clothed.


“I, even I, am ʜᴇ who comforts y’all. Who are you, that you are afraid of humans who will die, and of the child of humanity who will be made as grass?


Therefore don’t be afraid, O Jacob my servant, says YHWH. Don’t be dismayed, Israel. For I will save you from afar, and save your offspring from the land of their captivity. Jacob will return, and will be quiet and at ease. No one will make him afraid.


“Therefore say, ‘Lord YHWH says: “Whereas I have removed them far off among the nations, and whereas I have scattered them among the countries, yet I will be to them a sanctuary for a little while in the countries where they have come.”’


He will plant the tents of his palace between the sea and the glorious holy mountain; yet he will come to his end, and no one will help him.


Through his policy he will cause deceit to prosper in his hand. He will magnify himself in his heart, and he will destroy many in their security. He will also stand up against the prince of princes, but he will be broken without human hands.


But when he had considered this, look, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, don’t be afraid to take Mary as your wife, because the one who has been fathered in her is from the Holy Spirit.


“Get up, take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel, for those who sought the young child’s life are dead.”


But when he heard that Archelaus was reigning over Judea in the place of his father, Herod, he was afraid to go there. Having been warned in a dream, he withdrew into the region of Galilee,


While he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent a message to him: “Have nothing to do with that righteous man, for I have suffered many things today in a dream because of him.”


But an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the prison during the night, brought them out, and said,
