Terah took Abram his son, Lot the son of Haran, his son’s son, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram’s wife. They went from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan. They came to Haran and lived there.

So Abram went as YHWH had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran.
Abram took Sarai his wife, Lot his brother’s son, all their possessions that they had gathered, and the people whom they had acquired in Haran, and they went to go into the land of Canaan. They entered into the land of Canaan.
Now therefore, my son, obey my voice. Arise, flee to Laban, my brother, in Haran.
Jacob said to them, “My relatives, where are y’all from?” They said, “We are from Haran.”
I am not worthy of the least of all the lovingkindnesses, and of all the truth, which you have shown to your servant; for with just my staff I crossed over this Jordan; and now I have become two companies.
God said to Jacob, “Arise, go up to Bethel, and live there. Make there an altar to God, who appeared to you when you fled from the face of Esau your brother.”
He built an altar there, and called the place El Beth El; because there God was revealed to him, when he fled from the face of his brother.
Israel traveled with all that he had and came to Beersheba where he offered sacrifices to the God of his father, Isaac.
YHWH spoke to Moses, “Depart, go up from here, you and the people that you have brought up out of the land of Egypt, to the land of which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your offspring.’
Jacob fled into the country of Aram. Israel served to get a wife. For a wife he tended flocks and herds.
A few days later, King Agrippa and Bernice arrived at Caesarea to pay their respects to Festus.
“Brothers and fathers,” he replied, “Y’all must listen to me: The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham when he was in Mesopotamia, before he lived in Haran,
