Nevertheless David took the stronghold of Zion. This is David’s city.

Nevertheless David took the stronghold of Zion. This is David’s city.
Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel with all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ households of the children of Israel, to King Solomon in Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of YHWH’s covenant out of David’s city, which is Zion.
They brought up the ark of YHWH, the Tent of Meeting, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent. The priests and the Levites brought these up.
The children of the Levites bore the ark of God on their shoulders with its poles, as Moses commanded according to the word of YHWH.
So David, the elders of Israel, and the captains over thousands went to bring the ark of YHWH’s covenant up out of the house of Obed-Edom with joy.
Obed-Edom had sons: Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, Sacar the fourth, Nethanel the fifth,
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, and Peullethai the eighth; for God blessed him.
