¶ Verify I say unto you, among the children of women arose there not a greater than Ihon baptist. Notwithstanding he that is less in the kingdom of heaven, is greater than he.


and they that make violence pulleth it to them. For all the prophets, and the law prophesied unto the time of Ihon.


Iesus answered and said to him, let it be so now. For thus it becometh us, to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.


strive with your selves to enter in at the strait gate: For many I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.


¶ The law, and the prophets reigned until the time of Ihon: Since that time, the kingdom of God is preached, and every man striveth to go in.


For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool and stirred the water. Whosoever then first after the stirring of the water stepped in, was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.


Labor not for the meat which perisheth, but for the meat that endureth unto everlasting life, which meat the son of man shall give unto you. For him hath God the father sealed.


¶ Wherefore my dearly beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not when I was present only, but now much more in mine absence, even so perform your own health with fear and trembling.
