And when Jesus went ashore and saw a large crowd, he was moved with compassion for them and healed their sick.
Then Jesus called his disciples over and said, “I have compassion on the crowd because they have stayed with me now for three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away without having eaten, lest they faint on the way.”
When they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethsphage, at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples ahead,
So he touched her hand, and the fever left her. Then she rose and began to serve him.
Then he touched their eyes, saying, “Let it be done for yoʋ according to your faith.”
When he saw the crowds, he was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.
So Jesus took him aside privately, away from the crowd. Then he put his fingers into the man's ears, spit, and touched the man's tongue.
Immediately he received his sight and began following Jesus, glorifying God. And when all the people saw it, they gave praise to God.

When the Lord saw her, he was moved with compassion for her and said to her, “Do not weep.”
to open their eyes so that they may turn away from darkness to light, and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins and an allotment among those who have been sanctified by faith in me.’
Therefore he had to become like his brothers in every way, so that he could be a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, in order to make atonement for the sins of the people.
