Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near, and smote Micaiah on the cheek, and said, Which way went the spirit of the LORD from me to speak unto thee?


What ye know, the same do I know also: I am not inferior unto you.


Hast thou heard the secret counsel of God? And dost thou restrain wisdom to thyself?


I have not gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have treasured up the words of his mouth more than my necessary food


He delivereth the afflicted by his affliction, And openeth their ear in oppression.


Yea, he would have led thee away out of distress Into a broad place, where there is no straitness; And that which is set on thy table should be full of fatness.


Then should I yet have comfort; Yea, I would exult in pain that spareth not: For I have not denied the words of the Holy One.


I remember God, and am disquieted: I complain, and my spirit is overwhelmed. Selah
