The Lord will fulfil his purpose for me; thy steadfast love, O Lord, endures for ever. Do not forsake the work of thy hands.


that this is God, our God for ever and ever. He will be our guide for ever.


Do good to Zion in thy good pleasure; rebuild the walls of Jerusalem,


Our God is a God of salvation; and to God, the Lord, belongs escape from death.


But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.


It will be said on that day, “Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, that he might save us. This is the Lord; we have waited for him; let us be glad and rejoice in his salvation.”


let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.


Shall I bring to the birth and not cause to bring forth? says the Lord; shall I, who cause to bring forth, shut the womb? says your God.

remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.


This is evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be made worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are suffering—


To this he called you through our gospel, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.


looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.


Therefore, holy brethren, who share in a heavenly call, consider Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession.


And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, establish, and strengthen you.


Yet you have still a few names in Sardis, people who have not soiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white, for they are worthy.


and hast made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on earth.”
