So Abram said to Lot, ‘Let’s not have any quarrelling between you and me, or between your herdsmen and mine, for we are close relatives.
You can settle among us; the land is open to you. Live in it, trade in it, and acquire property in it.’

The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?
Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no-one will see the Lord.
