The LORD has made himself known. He has executed judgment. The wicked is snared by the work of his own hands. Meditation. Selah.
The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them.
A wicked messenger falls into trouble, but a trustworthy envoy gains healing.
I saw the tents of Kushan in affliction. The dwellings of the land of Midyan trembled.
Bil`am said to God, Balak the son of Tzippor, king of Mo'av, has sent to me, [saying],
Mo'av said to the elders of Midyan, Now will this multitude lick up all that is round about us, as the ox licks up the grass of the field. Balak the son of Tzippor was king of Mo'av at that time.
