If you stop listening to instruction, my son, you will stray from the words of knowledge.


But Yeshua answered them, *You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God.


'I am the God of Avraham, and the God of Yitzchak, and the God of Ya`akov?' God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.*


Yeshua answered them, *Isn't this because you are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God?


Now he is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for all are alive to him.*


For to this end Messiah died, rose, and lived again, that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.


As it is written, *I have made you a father of many nations.* This is in the presence of him whom he believed: God, who gives life to the dead, and calls the things that are not, as though they were.


Therefore I was displeased with that generation, and said, 'They always err in their heart, but they didn't know my ways;'
