This is an evil in all that is done under the sun, that there is one event to all: yes also, the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead.


They reasoned among themselves, saying, *We brought no bread.*


When the chief Kohanim and the Perushim heard his parables, they perceived that he spoke about them.


They were all filled with wrath in the synagogue, as they heard these things.


He looked around at them all, and said to the man, *Stretch out your hand.* He did, and his hand was restored as sound as the other.


It happened in these days, that he went out to the mountain to pray, and he continued all night in prayer to God.


The chief Kohanim therefore and the Perushim gathered a council, and said, *What are we doing? For this man does many signs.


After these things, Yeshua was walking in the Galil, for he wouldn't walk in Yehudah, because the Judeans sought to kill him.


Punishing them often in all the synagogues, I tried to make them blaspheme. Being exceedingly enraged against them, I persecuted them even to foreign cities.


But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves,


But Kefa and Yochanan answered them, *Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, judge for yourselves,


But they, when they heard this, were cut to the heart, and determined to kill them.


Now when they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed at him with their teeth.


But they will proceed no further. For their folly will be evident to all men, as theirs also came to be.
