And David took more concubines and wives from Jerusalem, after he came from Hebron, and more sons and daughters were born to David.
And your house and your kingdom shall be made sure forever before me. Your throne shall be established forever.’”

And David knew that the Lord had established him as king over Israel, and that his kingdom was highly exalted for the sake of his people Israel.
Then Hiram the king of Tyre answered in a letter that he sent to Solomon, “Because the Lord loves his people, he has made you king over them.”
