“I baptize {\cf2\super [41]} you with water to show that you changed your hearts and lives. But there is a person coming later that is greater than I am. I am not good enough to take off his shoes for him. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit {\cf2\super [42]} and with fire.


Wear shoes, and take only the clothes you are wearing.


Those servants will be blessed when their master comes home, because he sees that his servants are ready and waiting for him. I tell you the truth. The master will dress himself for work and tell the servants to sit at the table. Then the master will serve them.


Suddenly, an angel of the Lord stood there. A light shined in the room. The angel touched Peter on the side and woke him up. The angel said, “Hurry, get up!” The chains fell off Peter’s hands.


So the angel went out and Peter followed. Peter did not know if the angel was really doing this. He thought he might be seeing a vision. {\cf2\super [237]}


Last night an angel came to me from God. This is the God I worship. I am his.
