Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me, even if he dies, will live.
Jesus answered, ‘The light will be with you only a little longer. Walk while you have the light so that darkness doesn’t overtake you. The one who walks in darkness doesn’t know where he’s going.
Little children, I am with you a little while longer. You will look for me, and just as I told the Jews, so now I tell you, “Where I am going, you cannot come.”
Jesus told him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
‘In a little while, you will no longer see me; again in a little while, you will see me.’
So you also have sorrow now. But I will see you again. Your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy from you.
For this is the will of my Father: that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him will have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.’
Then Jesus said, ‘I am only with you for a short time. Then I’m going to the one who sent me.
Then he said to them again, ‘I’m going away; you will look for me, and you will die in your sin. Where I’m going, you cannot come.’
not by all the people, but by us whom God appointed as witnesses, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead.
For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, then how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.
Who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is the one who died, but even more, has been raised; he also is at the right hand of God and intercedes for us.
But as it is, Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
So it is written, The first man Adam became a living being; , the last Adam became a life-giving spirit.
Therefore, he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, since he always lives to intercede for them.
Then I saw thrones, and people seated on them who were given authority to judge. I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God, who had not worshipped the beast or his image, and who had not accepted the mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
