If anyone does not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet   when you leave that house or town.


‘The one who welcomes you welcomes me,   and the one who welcomes me welcomes him who sent me.


Then he will answer from inside and say, “Don’t bother me! The door is already locked, and my children and I have gone to bed. I can’t get up to give you anything.”


Working together with him, we also appeal to you, ‘Don’t receive the grace of God in vain.’


As for Titus, he is my partner  and co-worker  for you; as for our brothers, they are the messengers  of the churches, the glory of Christ.
