My soulclingsto You; Your righthandupholdsme.
Everyworkwhichhe beganin the serviceof the houseof Godin lawand in commandment,seekinghis God,he didwith allhis heartand prospered.
You have also givenme the shieldof Your salvation,And Your righthandupholdsme; And Your gentlenessmakesme great.
Whenhe falls,he will not be hurledheadlong,Becausethe LORDis the One who holdshis hand.
As for me, You upholdme in my integrity,And You setme in Your presenceforever.
Nevertheless I am continuallywith You; You have takenholdof my righthand.
Whomhave I in heaven[but You]? And besidesYou, I desirenothingon earth.
IfI should say,"My foothas slipped,"Your lovingkindness,O LORD,will holdme up.
"Let his lefthandbe undermy headAnd his righthandembraceme."
I must arisenowand goaboutthe city;In the streetsand in the squaresI must seekhim whommy soulloves.'I soughthim but did not findhim.
At nightmy soullongsfor You, Indeed,my spiritwithinme seeksYou diligently;For whenthe earthexperiences Your judgmentsThe inhabitantsof the worldlearnrighteousness.
Do not fear,for I am with you; Do not anxiously lookabout you, for I am your God.I will strengthenyou, surelyI will helpyou, SurelyI will upholdyou with My righteousrighthand.'
