The royalofficeron whosehandthe kingwas leaningansweredthe manof Godand said,"Behold,if the LORDshould makewindowsin heaven,could thisthingbe?" Then he said,"Behold,you will seeit with your own eyes,but you will not eatof it."
"Wheream I to get meatto giveto allthispeople?For they weepbeforeme, saying,'Giveus meatthat we may eat!'
But Mosessaid,"The people,amongwhomI am, are 600,000on foot;yet You have said,'I will givethem meat,so that they may eatfor a wholemonth.'
The LORDsaidto Moses,"Is the LORD'Spowerlimited?Nowyou shall seewhether My wordwill cometrue~for you ornot."
The disciplessaidto Him, "Wherewould we get somanyloavesin [this] desolate placeto satisfysucha largecrowd?"
But He answeredthem, "You givethem [something] to eat!"And they saidto Him, "Shall we goand spendtwo hundreddenariion breadand givethem [something] to eat?"
And His disciplesansweredHim, "Wherewill anyonebe able[to find enough] breadherein [this] desolate placeto satisfythese people?"
Zachariassaidto the angel,"Howwill I knowthis[for certain]? For I aman old manand my wifeis advancedin years."
Marysaidto the angel,"Howcan thisbe, sinceI am a virgin?"
"There is a ladherewhohasfivebarleyloavesand twofish,but whatare thesefor so many people?"
