Also Jeshua,Bani,Sherebiah,Jamin,Akkub,Shabbethai,Hodiah,Maaseiah,Kelita,Azariah,Jozabad,Hanan,Pelaiah,the Levites,explainedthe lawto the peoplewhile the people[remained] in their place.
Then Nehemiah,whowas the governor,and Ezrathe priest[and] scribe,and the Leviteswho taughtthe peoplesaidto allthe people,"Thisdayis holyto the LORDyour God;do not mournor weep."For allthe peoplewere weepingwhen they heardthe wordsof the law.

ThenHe openedtheir mindsto understandthe Scriptures,
When they had seta dayfor Paul, they cameto him at his lodgingin large numbers;and he was explainingto them by solemnly testifyingabout the kingdomof Godand trying to persuadethem concerningJesus,from boththe Lawof Mosesand from the Prophets,from morninguntilevening.
