"I will throwfilthon you And makeyou vile,And setyou up as a spectacle.
"He has castme into the mire,And I have becomelikedustand ashes.

YetYou would plungeme into the pit,And my own clotheswould abhorme.
"Babylonwill becomea heap[of ruins], a hauntof jackals,An objectof horrorand hissing,withoutinhabitants.
He has brokenmy teethwith gravel;He has made me cowerin the dust.
therefore,behold,I will gatherallyour loverswith whomyou tookpleasure,even allthose whomyou loved[and] allthose whomyou hated.So I will gatherthem againstyou from everydirectionand exposeyour nakednessto them that they may seeallyour nakedness.
The LORDhas issueda commandconcerningyou: "Your namewill nolongerbe perpetuated.I will cutoffidoland imageFrom the houseof your gods.I will prepareyour grave,For you are contemptible."

"So I alsohave madeyou despisedand abasedbefore allthe people,justas you are not keepingMy waysbut are showingpartialityin the instruction.
