From that timeJesusbeganto preachand say,"Repent,for the kingdomof heavenis at hand."
"And as you go,preach,saying,The kingdomof heavenis at hand.'
"From the daysof Johnthe Baptistuntilnowthe kingdomof heavensuffers violence,and violent mentake it by force.
Jesus answeredthem, "To you it has been grantedto knowthe mysteriesof the kingdomof heaven,but to them it has not been granted.
Jesus presentedanotherparableto them, saying,"The kingdomof heavenmay be comparedto a manwho sowedgoodseedin his field.
"Again,the kingdomof heavenis likea dragnetcastinto the sea,and gathering[fish] of everykind;
"He who hasears,let him hear."
"Thenthe kingdomof heavenwill be comparableto tenvirgins,whotooktheir lampsand wentout to meetthe bridegroom.
"Repent,for the kingdomof heavenis at hand."
Your kingdomcome.Your willbe done,On earthas it is in heaven.
"But goand learnwhatthis means:I DESIRECOMPASSION,AND NOT SACRIFICE,'for I did not cometo callthe righteous,but sinners."
"In the same way,I tellyou, there is joyin the presenceof the angelsof Godoveronesinnerwho repents."
"I tellyou that in the same way,there will be [more] joyin heavenoveronesinnerwho repentsthanoverninety-ninerighteous personswhoneednorepentance.

"I have not cometo callthe righteousbut sinnersto repentance."
And He sentthem out to proclaimthe kingdomof Godand to perform healing.
When they heardthis,they quieted downand glorifiedGod,saying,"Well then,Godhas grantedto the Gentilesalsothe repentance[that leads] to life."

"Thereforerepentand return,sothat your sinsmay be wiped away,in orderthat timesof refreshingmay comefrom the presenceof the Lord;
Thereforeleavingthe elementaryteachingabout the Christ,let us presson to maturity,not layingagaina foundationof repentancefrom deadworksand of faithtowardGod,
