and His garmentsbecameradiantand exceedinglywhite,as nolaundereron earthcanwhitenthem.
Purifyme with hyssop,and I shall be clean;Washme, and I shall be whiterthansnow.
When the Almightyscatteredthe kingsthere, It was snowingin Zalmon.
"Comenow,and let us reasontogether," Saysthe LORD,"Thoughyour sinsare as scarlet,They will be as whiteas snow;Thoughthey are redlike crimson,They will be like wool.
"I keptlookingUntilthroneswere setup, And the Ancientof Daystook[His] seat;His vesture[was] like whitesnowAnd the hairof His headlike purewool.His throne[was] ablazewith flames,Its wheels[were] a burningfire.
And his appearancewas likelightning,and his clothingas whiteas snow.
Elijahappearedto them alongwith Moses;and they were talkingwith Jesus.
And whileHe was praying,the appearanceof His facebecamedifferent,and His clothing[became] white[and] gleaming.
Corneliussaid,"Fourdaysagoto thishour,I was prayingin my houseduring the ninth hour;and behold,a manstoodbeforeme in shininggarments,
sothat you may eatthe fleshof kingsand the fleshof commandersand the fleshof mighty menand the fleshof horsesand of thosewho siton them and the fleshof all men,bothfree menand slaves,and smalland great."
I saidto him, "My lord,you know."And he saidto me, "Theseare the ones who comeout of the greattribulation,and they have washedtheir robesand made them whitein the bloodof the Lamb.
Afterthese thingsI looked,and behold,a greatmultitudewhichno onecouldcount,from everynationand [all] tribesand peoplesand tongues,standingbeforethe throneand beforethe Lamb,clothedin whiterobes,and palm branches[were] in their hands;
