And as Jesusreturned,the peoplewelcomedHim, for they had allbeenwaitingfor Him.
"Blessedis the manwho listensto me, Watchingdailyat my gates,Waitingat my doorposts.
Gettinginto a boat,Jesus crossed over[the sea] and cameto His owncity.
"DavidhimselfcallsHim 'Lord;soin what senseis He his son?"And the largecrowdenjoyedlisteningto Him.
When Jesushad crossed overagainin the boatto the other side,a largecrowdgatheredaroundHim; and so He stayedby the seashore.
for Herodwas afraidof John,knowingthat he was a righteousand holyman,and he kept him safe.And when he heardhim, he was veryperplexed;but he used to enjoylisteningto him.
and they could not findanythingthat they might do,for allthe peoplewere hangingon to everyword He said.
And he hurriedand came downand receivedHim gladly.
Nowit happenedthat whilethe crowdwas pressing aroundHim and listeningto the wordof God,He was standingby the lakeof Gennesaret;
"Returnto your houseand describewhatgreat thingsGodhas donefor you." Sohe went away,proclaimingthroughoutthe wholecitywhat great thingsJesushad donefor him.
"He was the lampthat was burningand was shiningand you were willingto rejoicefor a whilein his light.
"SoI sentfor you immediately,and you have been kind enoughto come.Nowthen,we are allhere presentbeforeGodto hearallthat you have been commandedby the Lord."
