WhenJesuscameto the place,He lookedup and saidto him, "Zaccheus,hurryand come down,for todayI muststayat your house."
Whateveryour handfindsto do,do[it] with [all] your might;for thereis noactivityor planningor knowledgeor wisdomin Sheolwhereyou are going.
"When I passedby you and sawyou squirmingin your blood,I saidto you [while you were] in your blood,'Live!'Yes, I saidto you [while you were] in your blood,'Live!'
"For the Sonof Manhas cometo seekand to savethat which was lost."
And there was a mancalledby the nameof Zaccheus;he was a chief tax collectorand he was rich.
Sohe ranon aheadand climbedup into a sycamore treein orderto seeHim, for He was aboutto pass throughthat way.
And he hurriedand came downand receivedHim gladly.
Nathanaelsaidto Him, "Howdo You knowme?" Jesusansweredand saidto him, "BeforePhilipcalledyou, when you were underthe fig tree,I sawyou."
Jesusansweredand saidto him, "IfanyonelovesMe, he will keepMy word;and My Fatherwill lovehim, and We will cometo him and makeOur abodewith him.
And working together[with Him], we alsourgeyou not to receivethe graceof Godin vain--
so that Christmay dwellin your heartsthroughfaith;[and] that you, being rootedand groundedin love,
Do not neglectto show hospitality to strangers,for by thissomehave entertainedangelswithout knowingit.
Behold,I standat the doorand knock;ifanyonehearsMy voiceand opensthe door,I will comein to him and will dinewith him, and he with Me.
