Now on the firstdayyou shall takefor yourselves the foliageof beautifultrees,palmbranchesand boughsof leafytreesand willowsof the brook,and you shall rejoicebeforethe LORDyour Godfor sevendays.
Upon the willowsin the midstof it We hungour harps.
The righteousmanwill flourishlike the palmtree,He will growlike a cedarin Lebanon.
And the ransomedof the LORDwill returnAnd comewith joyfulshoutingto Zion,With everlastingjoyupon their heads.They will findgladnessand joy,And sorrowand sighingwill fleeaway.
And they will springup amongthe grassLike poplarsby streamsof water.'

On exactlythe fifteenthdayof the seventhmonth,when you have gatheredin the cropsof the land,you shall celebratethe feastof the LORDfor sevendays,with a reston the firstdayand a reston the eighthday.
You shall thus celebrateit [as] a feastto the LORDfor sevendaysin the year.It [shall be] a perpetualstatutethroughout your generations;you shall celebrateit in the seventhmonth.
Mostof the crowdspreadtheir coatsin the road,and otherswere cuttingbranchesfrom the treesand spreadingthem in the road.
tookthe branchesof the palm treesand wentout to meetHim, and [began] to shout,"Hosanna!BLESSEDIS HE WHO COMESIN THE NAMEOF THE LORD,eventhe Kingof Israel."
"Thereforeyou toohavegriefnow;but I will seeyou again,and your heartwill rejoice,and no one[will] takeyour joyawayfrom you.
And not onlythis, but we alsoexultin Godthroughour LordJesusChrist,throughwhomwe have nowreceivedthe reconciliation.
"And you shall rejoicebeforethe LORDyour God,you and your sonsand daughters,your maleand femaleservants,and the Levitewhois within your gates,sincehe hasnoportionor inheritancewith you.
"Therealso you and your householdsshall eatbeforethe LORDyour God,and rejoicein allyour undertakingsin whichthe LORDyour Godhas blessedyou.
for we are the [true] circumcision,who worshipin the Spiritof Godand gloryin ChristJesusand putnoconfidencein the flesh,
Rejoicein the Lordalways;againI will say,rejoice!
and though you have not seenHim, you loveHim, and though you do not seeHim now,but believein Him, you greatly rejoicewith joyinexpressibleand full of glory,
Afterthese thingsI looked,and behold,a greatmultitudewhichno onecouldcount,from everynationand [all] tribesand peoplesand tongues,standingbeforethe throneand beforethe Lamb,clothedin whiterobes,and palm branches[were] in their hands;
