Then the LORDcalledto Mosesand spoketo him from the tentof meeting,saying,
Moseswentup to God,and the LORDcalledto him from the mountain,saying,"Thusyou shall sayto the houseof Jacoband tellthe sonsof Israel:
"ThereI will meetwith you; and from abovethe mercyseat,from betweenthe twocherubimwhichare upon the arkof the testimony,I will speakto you about allthat I will giveyou in commandmentfor the sonsof Israel.
"It shall be a continualburntofferingthroughout your generationsat the doorwayof the tentof meetingbeforethe LORD,whereI will meetwith you, to speakto you there.
For the Lawwas giventhroughMoses;graceand truthwere realizedthroughJesusChrist.
Now when Moseswentinto the tentof meetingto speakwith Him, he heardthe voicespeakingto him from abovethe mercyseatthat was on the arkof the testimony,from betweenthe twocherubim,so He spoketo him.
Thus allthe workof the tabernacleof the tentof meetingwas completed;and the sonsof Israeldidaccording to allthat the LORDhad commandedMoses;sothey did.
Now Mosesused to takethe tentand pitchit outsidethe camp,a gooddistancefrom the camp,and he calledit the tentof meeting.And everyonewho soughtthe LORDwould goout to the tentof meetingwhichwas outsidethe camp.
Now the LORDsaidto Moses,"Comeup to Me on the mountainand remainthere,and I will giveyou the stonetabletswith the lawand the commandmentwhichI have writtenfor their instruction."
whichthe LORDcommandedMosesat MountSinaiin the daythat He commandedthe sonsof Israelto presenttheir offeringsto the LORDin the wildernessof Sinai.
He also presentedthe burntoffering,and offeredit according to the ordinance.
When the LORDsawthat he turnedasideto look,Godcalledto him from the midstof the bushand said,"Moses,Moses!"And he said,"HereI am."
He setthe altarof burntoffering[before] the doorwayof the tabernacleof the tentof meeting,and offeredon it the burntofferingand the mealoffering,justas the LORDhad commandedMoses.
Then the LORDspoketo Mosesin the wildernessof Sinai,in the tentof meeting,on the firstof the secondmonth, in the secondyearafter they had comeout of the landof Egypt,saying,
onebull,oneram,onemalelambone yearold,for a burntoffering;
"You shall buildthe altarof the LORDyour Godof uncutstones,and you shall offeron it burntofferingsto the LORDyour God;
and burnedhis burntofferingand his mealoffering,and pouredhis drinkofferingand sprinkledthe bloodof his peaceofferingson the altar.
The numberof the burntofferingswhichthe assemblybroughtwas 70bulls,100rams,and 200lambs;allthesewere for a burntofferingto the LORD.
