The Gileaditescapturedthe fordsof the Jordanopposite Ephraim.And it happenedwhen[any of] the fugitivesof Ephraimsaid,"Let me crossover,"the menof Gileadwould sayto him, "Are you an Ephraimite?"If he said,"No,"
JephthahjudgedIsraelsixyears.Then Jephthahthe Gileaditediedand was buriedin [one of] the citiesof Gilead.
