He saidto her, "Go,callyour husbandand comehere."
He broughthim to Jesus.Jesuslookedat him and said,"You are Simonthe sonof John;you shall be calledCephas"(whichis translatedPeter).
He saidto him the thirdtime,"Simon,[son] of John,do you loveMe?" Peterwas grievedbecauseHe saidto him the third time,"Do you loveMe?" And he saidto Him, "Lord,You knowall things;You knowthat I loveYou." Jesussaidto him, "TendMy sheep.
The womansaidto Him, "Sir,giveme thiswater,soI will not be thirstynorcomeall the way hereto draw."
The womanansweredand said,"I havenohusband."Jesussaidto her, "You have correctlysaid,'I havenohusband';
for you havehadfivehusbands,and the one whomyou nowhaveis not your husband;thisyou have saidtruly."
And there is nocreaturehiddenfrom His sight,but all thingsare openand laid bareto the eyesof Him with whomwe have to do.
And I will killher childrenwith pestilence,and allthe churcheswill knowthat I amHe who searchesthe mindsand hearts;and I will giveto each oneof you accordingto your deeds.
