Now Nebuchadnezzarkingof BabylongaveordersaboutJeremiahthroughNebuzaradanthe captainof the bodyguard,saying,
Do not be afraidof the kingof Babylon,whomyou are [now] fearing;do not be afraidof him,' declaresthe LORD,for I am with you to saveyou and deliveryou from his hand.
"Ifit be [so], our Godwhomwe serveis ableto deliverus from the furnaceof blazingfire;and He will deliverus out of your hand,O king.
But the salvationof the righteousis from the LORD;He is their strengthin timeof trouble.
