But ifyou show partiality,you are committingsin[and] are convictedby the lawas transgressors.
You shall donoinjusticein judgment;you shall not be partialto the poornordeferto the great,but you are to judgeyour neighborfairly.
"And He, when He comes,will convictthe worldconcerningsinand righteousnessand judgment;
"Whichoneof you convictsMe of sin?IfI speaktruth,whydo you not believeMe?

Openinghis mouth,Petersaid:"I mostcertainlyunderstand[now] that Godis not one to show partiality,
becauseby the worksof the Lawnofleshwill be justifiedin His sight;for throughthe Law[comes] the knowledgeof sin.
But ifallprophesy,and an unbelieveroran ungifted manenters,he is convictedby all,he is called to accountby all;
"For throughthe LawI diedto the Law,sothat I might liveto God.
You shall not showpartialityin judgment;you shall hearthe smalland the greatalike. You shall not fearman,for the judgmentis God's.The casethat is toohardfor you, you shall bringto me, and I will hearit.'
