Then Josephbroughthis fatherJacoband presentedhim to Pharaoh;and JacobblessedPharaoh.
He blessedhim and said,"Blessedbe Abramof GodMostHigh,Possessorof heavenand earth;
Jacobcameto his fatherIsaacat Mamreof Kiriath-arba(that is, Hebron),whereAbrahamand Isaachad sojourned.
And JacobblessedPharaoh,and wentout from his presence.
Pharaohsaidto Jacob,"Howmanyyearshave you lived?"
Joabfellon his faceto the ground,prostratedhimself and blessedthe king;then Joabsaid,"Todayyour servantknowsthat I have foundfavorin your sight,O my lord,the king,in that the kinghas performedthe requestof his servant."
Allthe peoplecrossedoverthe Jordanand the kingcrossedtoo. The kingthen kissedBarzillaiand blessedhim, and he returnedto his place.
ToisentJoramhis sonto KingDavidto greethim and blesshim, becausehe had foughtagainst Hadadezerand defeatedhim; for Hadadezerhad beenat warwith Toi.And [Joram] brought with him articlesof silver,of goldand of bronze.
"Moreover,the king'sservantscameto blessour lordKingDavid,saying,May your Godmakethe nameof Solomonbetterthanyour nameand his thronegreaterthanyour throne!'And the kingbowedhimself on the bed.
On the eighthdayhe sentthe peopleawayand they blessedthe king.Then they wentto their tentsjoyfuland gladof heartfor allthe goodnessthat the LORDhad shownto DavidHis servantand to IsraelHis people.
Then he saidto Gehazi,"Girdup your loinsand takemy staffin your hand,and goyour way; ifyou meetanyman,do not salutehim, and ifanyonesalutesyou, do not answerhim; and laymy staffon the lad'sface."
"Takebothyour flocksand your herds,as you have said,and go,and blessme also."
While they were eating,Jesustook[some] bread,and after a blessing,He broke[it] and gave[it] to the disciples,and said,"Take,eat;thisis My body."
And when He had taken[some] bread[and] given thanks,He brokeit and gaveit to them, saying,"Thisis My bodywhich is givenfor you; dothisin remembranceof Me."
So Joshuablessedhim and gaveHebronto Calebthe sonof Jephunnehfor an inheritance.
So Joshuablessedthem and sentthem away,and they wentto their tents.
Honorall people,lovethe brotherhood,fearGod,honorthe king.
Then Eliwould blessElkanahand his wifeand say,"May the LORDgiveyou childrenfrom thiswomanin placeof the oneshe dedicatedto the LORD."And they wentto their own home.
