Pharaohsaidto Joseph,"See,I have setyou overallthe landof Egypt."
And Jesuscameup and spoketo them, saying,"Allauthorityhas been givento Me in heavenand on earth.
ThenthisDanielbegan distinguishinghimself amongthe commissionersand satrapsbecausehe possessed an extraordinaryspirit,and the kingplannedto appointhim overthe entirekingdom.
Now Josephwas the ruleroverthe land;he was the one who soldto allthe peopleof the land.And Joseph'sbrotherscameand boweddownto him with [their] facesto the ground.
Do you seea manskilledin his work?He will standbeforekings;He will not standbeforeobscuremen.
A servantwho actswiselywill ruleover a sonwho actsshamefully,And will sharein the inheritanceamongbrothers.
For Mordecaithe Jewwas second[only] to KingAhasuerus,and greatamong the Jewsand in favorwith his manykinsmen,one who soughtthe goodof his peopleand one who spokefor the welfareof his wholenation.
Moreover, Pharaohsaidto Joseph,"[Though] I am Pharaoh,yet withoutyour permission nooneshall raisehis handor footin allthe landof Egypt."
The chiefjailercommittedto Joseph'schargeallthe prisonerswhowere in the jail;so that whateverwas donethere,he was responsible[for it].
It cameabout that from the timehe madehim overseerin his houseand overallthat he owned,the LORDblessedthe Egyptian'shouseon accountof Joseph;thus the LORD'Sblessingwas upon allthat he owned,in the houseand in the field.
and rescuedhim from allhis afflictions,and grantedhim favorand wisdomin the sightof Pharaoh,kingof Egypt,and he madehim governoroverEgyptand allhis household.
He madehim lordof his houseAnd rulerover allhis possessions,
For he has comeout of prisonto becomeking,eventhoughhe was bornpoorin his kingdom.
"Now,therefore, it was not you who sentme here,but God;and He has mademe a fatherto Pharaohand lordof allhis householdand rulerover allthe landof Egypt.
Thenthe kingpromotedDanieland gavehim manygreatgifts,and he madehim ruleroverthe wholeprovinceof Babylonand chiefprefectoverallthe wisemenof Babylon.
