The servantsaidto him, "Supposethe womanis not willingto followme to thisland;should I takeyour sonbackto the landfrom whereyou came?"
"I saidto my master,'Supposethe womandoes not followme.'
but you will goto my countryand to my relatives,and takea wifefor my sonIsaac."
Then they calledRebekahand saidto her, "Will you gowith thisman?"And she said,"I will go."
Then Abrahamsaidto him, "Bewarethat you do not takemy sonbackthere!
"You shall not takethe nameof the LORDyour Godin vain,for the LORDwill not leavehim unpunishedwhotakesHis namein vain.
"For ifyou refuseto let[them] goand continueto holdthem,
Everyprudentmanactswith knowledge,But a fooldisplaysfolly.
And you will swear,'As the LORDlives,'In truth,in justiceand in righteousness;Then the nationswill blessthemselves in Him, And in Him they will glory."
