Thereforehe calledthat placeBeersheba,becausetherethe twoof them tookan oath.
And Abrahamsojournedin the landof the Philistinesfor manydays.
Abrahamsaidto his youngmen,"Stayherewith the donkey,and I and the ladwill gooverthere;and we will worshipand returnto you."
Then he wentup from thereto Beersheba.
and Hazar-shualand Beershebaand Biziothiah,
Then allthe sonsof Israelfrom Danto Beersheba,including the landof Gilead,cameout, and the congregationassembledas onemanto the LORDat Mizpah.
Now the nameof his firstbornwas Joel,and the nameof his second,Abijah;[they] were judgingin Beersheba.
